“The service has gone down or the current staff provides an apaling service. We are entitled to a discount from our discount card, she denies it. Certain food are denied in the menu as we were told it costs too much? What's gone wrong at that place. This has now happened a few time in the afternoon. I would welcome the Managers respond. We are paying guest and have had a good service in the past. Is the staff? Is the the chef not giving us the deals?”
