  “I called and ordered two burgers, but when I got there, they’d only made one. I just said, “Okay, no problem.they called me saying the burger was ready. I reminded them that they’d said they would bring it to my car, and after a bit of back and forth, the guy agreed. I waited in my car, but nobody came. In the end, I had to go back inside and collect it myself. The most disappointing part was because of the disagreement likthey deliberately messed up all the sauces. It completely ruined the burger. The staff member was also really rude Mistakes happen, and I can understand that. But taking it out on a customer’s food is not okay. I paid a lot for the meal and left feeling really disappointed.”

  “Absolutely Incredible! Hands down one of the best beef smash burgers I’ve ever had in Watford. The patties are smashed to perfection—so juicy and packed with flavor, and that melted cheese is spot on.”

  “After an hour and a half waiting for the food we had to call them up. They confirmed that they haven't noticed the order and they will deliver it which will take at least another hour! It's Friday evening and have to sort out dinner ASAP elsewhere!!! I'm utterly furious as this is not the first time!!!! Last time I had hope in this burger place 👎👎👎👎👎👎 Thanks for messaging up our evening 👏👏👏”

  “Been looking for a decent smashed burger and finally I found one. Awesome tasting burger done right with the right level of smashed crispiness. Very reasonable price too! Super friendly staff. HOWEVER, the centre management should do better in keeping the place clean because the eating area is just filthy! I'd rather get takeaway and eat on the street benches than sitting in there.”

  “I have ordered a takeaway and asked them separately within the notes to add extra cheese as I wanted my burger as cheesyyyy as possible. I was surprised when they really took my ‘cheesy’ request seriously and the whole burger was drowning in cheese. All I could dream of 😍 overall the burger was absolutely great and it’s my second order already. Feels difficult to eat other burgers once you try this one. It has that taste of home made burger and I wasn’t even able to finish it all as the portion is quite big. Mind you, I had the smallest portion from the menu haha. Love it :) I was about the forget about the cheesy fries, they really mean it when you ask for CHEESE!!”

  “My husband and I had lunch here today. And oh my goodness the burger was amazing. I wouldn’t normally choose burgers, however I’m so glad I chose to eat here today. The ingredients were fresh and well prepped/cooked. There were a huge selection of sauces and toppings. I was a bit like a rabbit in headlights and wished I’d taken my time to look at the menu more. However the burger I did order, a double with cheese, onion, lettuce and ketchup was so tasty. It just gives me an excuse to come back and try more.”

  “Honestly my favourite burger spot in Watford. Whenever I’m hungry and find myself in town I know the Smash Shack won’t let me down , best burgers around. Would definitely recommend giving these a go.”

  “My first time at this place did not disappoint! Great service from the lady taking the orders and excellent recommendations! And the chef was great. Burger tasted great, CHIPS were delicious. Really enjoyed the food. Thanks”

  “I recently traveled all the way from London to finally experience Shake Shack, and it was absolutely worth the journey! The food was nothing short of amazing—each bite was a burst of flavor. The ShackBurger was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the crinkle-cut fries were the ideal balance of crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Don’t even get me started on the creamy, indulgent shakes—they were the perfect sweet finish to a fantastic meal. The service was top-notch, too. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. I’m so glad I made the trip; Shake Shack definitely lives up to the hype! If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s worth every mile you might have to travel.”

  “I really love their burgers, and get good recommendations for the sauces from the owner, which I pick biggie Mac sauce and kicking mayo and order waffle fries as well which is really crunchy. I think their patties are mixed with two kinds of meat, beef and lamb, which I absolutely think is gorgeous, plus all the fresh ingredients and tasty sauce, and the garlic mayo sauces for the fries, make my meal really enjoyable. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back.”
