Customer Review Summary
Biryani is what most reviewers come for, with several calling it true Hyderabadi in taste and one saying they finished everything and plan to return. Praise also reaches the haleem, the chicken, and the desserts double ka meetha and gaajar ka halwa. One reviewer describes a full lamb Zabarast Mandi as tender and smoky with fragrant rice, delivered fresh and hot to the home. Another found the food sumptuous, and one says the kids wanted to go back a second time in one day. The complaints are specific. One reviewer reports a burnt lamb biryani with only a few small pieces of meat, and says staff dismissed the complaint by phone without an apology. A second was let down by naan and dumka chicken gravy, and another raised a serious complaint about a vegetable biryani ordered through Uber Eats. One reviewer found the chilli paneer bland and unmarinated, just seared on a pan and served with watery sauced vegetables.

“Not worth the hype…. We had a biriyani and naan with dumka chicken gravy …. Overall experience was bad . Not satisfied with food and taste . …”

“Worse customer service, rude staff and burnt food. When I called to let them know they declined the fact the food was burnt and no apology. I told them I would come in and show them, they said so what we don't care everyone else likes it. People get no where with being horrible. If you want £10 burnt lamb biryani with only 4 small pieces of meat this is the place to come.”
