“Went there today, the order came very fast, the food was amazing, I ordered a chicken and rice box, the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. Pepes is always a 10/10 for me I would recommend it to everyone.”

Order to collect and still had to wait an extra 15mins with no heads up. 6 people standing over the grill and one clueless girl at the front. Looked chaotic! Every person in there looks like they've been waiting forever for their food. Seriously needs a new manager and some hard training. Poor customer journey overall, won't be back”
