About Heavenly Desserts Watford
On High St in Watford, Heavenly Desserts Watford is a dessert restaurant that opens daily at number 42. Customers order and pay from a tablet at the table, which suits a menu of fusion desserts such as croffles and mochi. Chocolate fondue is also on the list, and hot drinks are served alongside the sweets. The team explains the menu and the desserts to customers, which helps when a fusion dish is unfamiliar. A car park sits behind the shop, and street parking is available nearby.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly, welcoming staff, with several describing servers who took time to explain the dessert menu and one who looked after a large group with children without delays. The desserts draw praise too, including the baklava and tart, loaded waffles, crepes, croffles, mochi and milkshakes, called rich and delicious. One reviewer describes the décor as classy and modern, and another calls ordering and paying from the tablet at the table brilliant. The complaints concern portions and slips in service. One birthday party received two of three desserts, waited a long time for the cookie dough because the oven was not working, and never got the candle they asked for, and that reviewer found the portions tiny for the price. A delivery customer found the milkshake cup very small and questioned the service and delivery charges. Still, the details reviewers recall most warmly are small gestures: a free croffle with ice cream and sauce during Eid, free ice cream for children, and a happy birthday tray brought out after staff noticed a family opening presents.

“This was an uber delivery. Very small portion for a milkshake compared to others. It’s clear they have penalised customers by making it buy one get one free they make the cups smaller. Not cool at all. Not asking for a full refund as we drank it but the service charge and delivery charge for this small milkshakes is crazy. It’s nearly the same size as an Amazon remote controller!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very Late Review – Heavenly Desserts in Watford is Still on My Mind! This is such a late review. I was going through my phone the other day and found tons of old dessert pictures from Heavenly Desserts and realised this place more than deserves one. Even though it’s been years, the memories (and the sugar rush) came flooding back. I don’t come as often anymore because this place practically made me obese and I’m now trying to get in shape and cut down on sugars. But there was a time I used to visit religiously like every other day. And I don’t even live in Watford. I used to travel from out of town specifically for this spot. It was genuinely my go-to dessert place whenever I was in the area for work or just because. I think I tried pretty much everything on the menu at some point. Some items I don’t even have pictures for because I just gobbled them up straight away. They have so many unique options mochi, crazy loaded waffles, crepes, croffles, shakes, and all sorts of fusion desserts. The pictures I’ve attached still look mouth-watering even today. Everything was always filling, high quality, and very affordable it never broke the bank. The desserts were rich and delicious, and their drinks and milkshakes were amazing too. The décor is classy and modern, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy. The staff have always been friendly and attentive. One time I came during Eid and the owner or manager was kind enough to give me a free Croffle dessert with ice cream and sauce all over it was such a lovely gesture and tasted incredible. Address: 42 High St, Watford WD17 2BS Overall, you really can’t go wrong with Heavenly Desserts. If you haven’t been yet, I would definitely recommend you go. Parking is very easy there’s a car park right behind the shop or you can park on the street. Super convenient. Still one of my favourite dessert spots. Massive throwback and easily 5 stars! 🍰🍨✨”

“service was bad. food portions tiny for the price and mediocre desserts. it was my little sisters birthday. we ordered 3 desserts, 2 came. we sat there waiting for the cookie dough for 20 minutes. had to stand up to find a waiter. asked about the cookie dough to only then find out the oven wasn’t working. couldn’t have said that when we ordered and you accepted the order? also asked for candle. they also forgot about it until i reminded them again. finally turned up with the cookie dough 30 mins later with the tiniest portion i’ve seen in my life and a happy birthday scribble with no candle. in summary. waiters insanely uncommunicative and you need to stand up and walk to them to be acknowledged. won’t be coming back. at least they were nice enough to take £10 off the bill but that was technically a birthday discount. that we also had to ask to be put on.”

“An absolutely stunning venue beautiful, chic, and incredibly well decorated. Every corner is iconic and date night or family-photo worthy. The quality and taste is pure perfection. Every dessert is a work of art, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to Ammar and Thanisha for their excellent customer service they amazed us with how well they treated us. Genuine, warm, and professional. This place is a 5-star must-visit for a romantic date or a special family outing with kids. Don't miss it. A+++++++++++++++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”
