About The Queens Wolf
The Queens Wolf is a pub in Warrington, on Orford Lane, with pool, darts and live music for evenings out with friends. Sunday lunch centres on a roast with beef, served with red cabbage, roasted carrot and parsnip, baby broccoli and gravy. Sport is shown on screen, including World Cup games, and the bar pours cocktails alongside a selection of beers and other drinks. Dogs are welcome, so owners can bring them along for a pint or a meal. The pub runs as a community local, and it keeps a quiet corner for anyone who wants a pint away from the games.

“Wonderful place. Came in for a Sunday roast and honestly cannot fault a single thing. Welcome was great, we were made to feel at home, wonderful atmosphere. Service was brilliant, happy engaged team every time I have visited, really friendly and clearly care about what they are delivering. Food was absolutely top quality, honestly can't recommend it enough. Something for everyone, quiet pint in a corner, catch up and cocktails with friends, watching sport, live music, it has it all. Very very good pub, clearly ran by someone who cares about their team and their guests and has pride in their establishment. Delighted this is local to me, can't wait to come back”

“I have passed this place by for years and never given it a thought. Last week I dropped in for a beer and was pleasantly surprised by EVERYTHING. A proper community pub! So this week, I thought I would swerve the usual crap corporate food offerings and give it a go for Sunday Lunch. Great atmosphere, Good service from knowledgeable, attentive and engaged team. Then the food arrived. Perfect.Just Perfect. Succulent meats, perfectly balanced with the red cabbage and roasted carrot and parnsip then topped with baby broccoli. gravy was bang on. All in all the best food experience I have had in Months. So not only is it a great community pub, it's also Doing Great Food!!!! Support this place. It's part of a dying breed, and we need them all to survive.”
