About Lickle Bar
At 4 Suez St in Warrington, Lickle Bar is a bar with a compact ground floor of one booth table, a window-high bench and bar stools, plus a quieter space upstairs. The drinks list pairs a couple of lagers on tap, including Manchester Lager, with a range of bespoke spirits and liquors. A monthly quiz gives regulars and newcomers a reason to come together, with the quiz master standing on a barrel to run the questions. Karaoke is also on offer at the bar for groups who want to sing. Dogs are welcome.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often return to the warm welcome at this tiny bar, describing loud hellos, a home away from home, and a safe, LGBTQ+ friendly space where solo visitors feel embraced. Close behind are the drinks: a Manchester Lager called fab, a couple of lagers on tap, bespoke spirits, mixers like Zubrowka vodka, and a baby Guinness. Karaoke comes up as a proper laugh, and one reviewer praises the ploughmans. Several call the place cosy, and one mentions a quieter space upstairs. The one negative is from a reviewer who found an otherwise lovely bar with nice staff spoiled by people vaping. Regulars also single out the owner remembering a round and asking same again, and the monthly first Wednesday quiz, where the quiz master stands on a barrel.

“When I first came to lickle I was so scared, but only for 5 minutes. You know in American Werewolf in London when they walk into the pub and everyone stares in judgement and distain… it is the complete opposite. I have only been greeted with loud hellos and kisses on the cheeks. I am no northerner but living with my northern princesses has just solidified how much I love the north. Lickle holds the essence of this feeling. Thank you for being here, sorry I’m drunk and emotional and guess what I’m not even in Lickle so just know Lickle you are that good that you are thought about in a different bar. Cam thank you so much, you don’t realise how important this safe space is for some people and I’ll be the one to tell you,You save people’s lives with this bar xoxo”

“Fab little bar halfway between Palmyra Sq and Bridge St. Owner Cam is sound and good fun. One table booth and a window high bench and some bar stools. Karaoke was fun and Can serves decent drinks with a couple of lagers on tap and he looks for decent mixers (e.g. Zubrowka vodka) not just the cheapest. A couple of barrels and ledge out front if you want a smoko and a quieter space upstairs. Can’t find better- ACE”
