Customer Review Summary
Afternoon tea is what most reviewers come for, described as a good mix of sweet and savoury, with gorgeous presentation, coffee and tea refills, and glasses that were never empty. Close behind are the cocktails, with one reviewer calling the pina colada the best they have tried, plus a mojito mocktail, a cocktail-making gift and a daily cocktail offer. Others mention the bottomless brunch, where one singles out the brownie, and the rooftop terrace in the sun. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and lovely, and one reviewer says the kitchen handled a coeliac guest with separate plates for sandwiches and cakes. The complaints are small but specific: one found the sandwich lettuce limp and not fresh, another said extra hot water was forgotten when busy and small tables meant no individual teapot, and a birthday party was disturbed by noise from a big function in the same room. One group left with a box for leftovers.

“Enjoyed a afternoon tea here for my dad's 80th birthday. The layout was lovely and the service was great. My dad wasn't happy due to there being a big function on in the same room and it being a bit noisy but that is life..... Staff were friendly and looked after us well. Would definitely go here again.”

“Afternoon Tea was nice but think Sandwiches could of been better. The lettuce on the sandwiches were rather limp and not fresh. Staff were all lovely and the pub was nicely furnished. It was a present so unsure on price.”
