“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I think it’s only fair that I update my review. After my last visit, where I had a genuinely poor experience, I decided to return and give the barber another chance. I’m really glad I did. He took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my beard, worked carefully throughout, and the result was excellent. The trim was sharp, tidy, and exactly what I was looking for. Most importantly, they acknowledged what happened previously, didn’t charge me for the service, and we left on good terms. That showed real professionalism and a genuine desire to put things right. Everyone can make mistakes. What matters is how you respond to them, and they handled it well. It takes a lot for me to change my opinion after a bad experience, but they earned my trust back.
