  “I booked an appointment for wash and hair cut today. Turned up on time, in fact 10 mins only. Barely acknowledged when I entered the shop. Assistant asked me what I wanted. I said I was booked in and she responded by asking if it was through Treatwell and had I paid. I said yes and she responded by saying I would have to come back tomorrow No explanation as to why I couldn't have my hair cut today. She repeated that I could come back tomorrow at any time and I said I couldn't tomorrow and she just replied, while turning back to what she was doing that I could come in anytime tomorrow! Their cancellation policy is that you can rebook up to 3 pm the next day but that is if the customer cancels which I didnt. It's the first time I've been inside the salon and it didnt look that great!”

  “They charged 40 pound for my daughters hair cut. Although her hair was long the only thing she did, roughly cut it at first to get it short. Then she did a straight cut and cut a fringe, on groupon it said they would do a wash cut blow dry and t section for 20. When we went there they said they would do it for 40. But not only didn't she do the t section which she stated she was going to do, she also didn't wash or blow dry. Very disappointed. Won't go back and I would NOT recommend going here.”

  “I’ve been coming here for 8 months and always go to Eisha. She’s very professional and has such nice behavior. Hollywood wax is 5 stars, and the body wax is also very good — I do it every 2 weeks. I recently did keratin, and it was really nice and affordable compared to other places. Another salon ruined my hair before, but thanks to Eisha, she fixed it perfectly. Very clean and nice place. Highly recommended! ⭐”

  “I came here blindly, Isha a very sweet lady did my hair and highlights even advised me how to look after my hair after bleaching. I don’t trust anyone with my eyebrow but she did waxing on my eyebrows now I will be her regular. Also in the salon they have a nail bar which is new. The nail person I believe her name is Sarah. She the most amazing Russian mani and Biab on my natural nails. She even gave me 20% off on my nail for Valentine’s Day and first time customer with her. I love my nails I will not go to Chinese shops anymore”

  “I really should have listened to the reviews, but I thought I’d give this place a try. I booked an appointment for 4:15, but the lady called me twice to change the time, which was quite inconvenient. When I arrived, she started waxing areas that I hadn’t booked for, and only after finishing did she mention that it would be an extra charge. I went ahead and paid but decided I wouldn’t be coming back. To make things worse, after I left a review, she marked my appointment as a “no-show” even though I have proof of payment at her salon. I also noticed other reviewers mentioned the same issue — being marked as not attending and charged extra. Please avoid this salon at all costs. The experience was unprofessional, and the owner was dishonest and overly talkative.”

  “I wish I could get them stars in minus the way she ruined my hair and made me cry literally to get my hair done again but the lady named Sofia was asking for extra payment thou she already charged me enough for my color but she wanted me to pay again for her mistake. I’ve attached a photo for proof. Disgusting services and self praising only. I swear save yourself and don’t go there. They actually scam people. On call they told me different price and then she asked me different price after doing my hair and when I came home I saw my hair and all my colleagues were laughing that i got scammed and I went straight to her salon but she refused to do my hair again or I should pay her extra.”

  “This place charges you extra for services that they add on without asking you or making you aware first. Beware when you make the final payment. The styling tools they use are not cleaned and are old. Just an unfortunate mistake of visiting here. I didn't bother challenging them for over charging, since they took their time doing the hair, but also just wanted to get out of that place asap. Also they style the hair in a way so that you don't notice how bad the cut is until you get home, so don't be fooled!! I definitely won't be returning here. The other 1 star reviews here are true. The rest that are 5 stars seem to be written by their family and friends.”
