“⭐ 1 STAR – ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE Honestly, what is the point of displaying opening hours if you have absolutely no intention of following them? Your own sign clearly states that on Sundays you are open until 11:00 PM. We travelled around 3 km specifically to come here, arrived at approximately 9:30 PM, only to find the place completely closed — an hour and a half before the advertised closing time. This is not a minor inconvenience. People make plans, travel, spend money on transport and choose where to go based on the opening hours YOU provide. If you decide to close early, that is your choice — but then have the basic professionalism and courtesy to update your opening hours so customers don’t waste their evening travelling to a locked door. What makes it even more ridiculous is that the opening times are literally displayed at the entrance saying Sunday 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM, while the doors are already shut at 9:30 PM. You genuinely couldn’t make this up. Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional. If customers cannot trust something as basic as your advertised opening hours, why should they trust anything else about the business? Either respect the hours you advertise or change them. Don’t waste people’s time. I have attached photos so there can be absolutely no confusion about what your own sign says.”

“Great atmosphere with a really welcoming vibe. The air conditioning was excellent, which made it really comfortable even on a warm day. The staff were friendly, but a special mention goes to Anna, who provided outstanding customer service. She was attentive, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Thanks to her, the experience was even better. Will definitely be back!”
