Customer Review Summary
Table service is what reviewers raise most, with servers described as friendly, welcoming and attentive, and several singling out individual waitresses who looked after their tables throughout the meal. The food earns praise too: the chicken bacon waffle combo was called delicious, a rump steak was cooked to perfection, and the Sticky Rice bowl with salmon was a lunch standout. The free salad bar features in several visits, and mini desserts like Sundae Best and Eton Mess ended one meal. One family with many allergies said their waitress knew how the allergen guide worked and made them feel confident eating there. Criticism is limited but specific. One reviewer found some staff miserable and not smiling, and said a kids' salad bowl arrived with unpeeled melon. Another found parts of the chicken inedible, though a manager sorted it quickly, and a classic burger was called ok but lacking in taste. One regular recalled staff taking a late party's food order before the kitchen closed and keeping the salad bar open past closing time.

“As Harvesters go, this is a good one. The food was tasty, the service was excellent and the atmosphere very pleasant. I had the chicken bacon waffle combo and it was delicious. My wife had the rump steak and it was cooked to perfection. Prices were reasonable. Our server, Becky, was bright, bubbly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. Would definitely stop in here again.”

“Food was lovely! Accommodations were made when I asked for a change to my order. We were served by Chrissy who was friendly, helpful and welcoming, and you don’t get the sense at all of being near a busy road as inside is very insulated to the noise outside.”

“Our visit yesterday was brilliant! Food was up to its usual great standard, and our waitress Poppy was attentive and looked after us all very well. Our family has a lot of allergies; and Poppy ensured our food was safe for us and was very knowledgable about how the allergen guide worked and made us feel confident in eating there.”
