  “A true hidden gem in Luton, the restaurant itself looks clean and well-kept, making it a pleasant place to order from. Seating is decent but could be improved with more comfort and a bit of ambiance to make dining in more inviting. I had ordered the chicken wrap which was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the chicken strips which were crispy, tender, and coated in delicious, well-balanced spice. Great food and quality for reasonable prices. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.”

  “I can only blame myself for thinking I’d get decent fish and chips for a quick lunch 🫠 The chips were really good, but the fish was burnt to a crisp. It was such a shame and honestly just a waste of money. I felt so embarrassed when I opened it! If I’d seen it sooner, I definitely would’ve swapped it for something else.”

  “Raw food incident : Ordered a 6 wings meal, 12 wings meal, and 1pc breast meal — £22.50 in total. Before we even ordered, I told the guy that last time the food was raw and asked him to make sure everything’s properly cooked this time. He nodded, said yeah, no problem. We get the food, say thank you, i leave the food with my parents and drive off — only to get a call back that all the wings completely raw. Not undercooked — RAW. Again. I drove all the way back and showed them a picture and they refunded me £3. I had to chase down my dad for more pictures to prove the rest were raw too, and after more back and forth, they gave another £7. So £10 total out of a £22.50 meal, and not even a proper apology. Nothing. Their excuse? “Well the chips, drink and breast were fine.” Bossman, dinner’s ruined. You served RAW chicken. Twice. After I specifically warned you. After arguing with him and tried to explain that I expect whole meal refunded, he accepted but acted like I was wrong and bothered him ? The drinks ofc we kept and did not get a refund for. This whole situation is just so unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to fight for a refund after being served unsafe food. Again. If you’re running a food business and can’t even make sure the chicken is cooked properly, what are you doing? I know it’s a chicken shop down the road but at least have some manners and safe food ? A simple apology and refund would have gone a long way. Very embarrassing”

  “I’m Ray a local estate agent who frequents many of the chicken shops whilst on the road. I like healthy eating so Peri Peri chicken is the obvious choice for a healthy good tasting meal. I was doing a valuation next door to this chicken shop so decided to go in. The chap behind the til was very polite and I had a great conversation with him. The food was ready pretty quick and the presentation was very good. After just one mouthful it was clear these guys were up there with the best tasting chicken shops in town. The marinade had its own unique twist and was absolutely delicious! The chicken was fresh and moist and had a zesty lemon taste. Truly a hidden gem that should be given the credit it deserves!”
