  “We had a table booked at Billy Hundreds for breakfast and it did not disappoint. Every dish was 10/10, especially the pancakes! It was lovely to sit outside and enjoy the sun. All staff were attentive and helpful. We will be back! Thank you”

  “We went here today for lunch, the food was amazing! The staff are really friendly; they had a table available today but recommended we book in the future as they can get busy. The restaurant is on the sea front so the view is really nice, vibes were great! They have a mixture of sea food and fish dishes, and non fish dishes too for those who do not eat fish.”

  “Mixed emotions. I am lucky enough to have eaten a huge variety of seafood and tapas from Nathan outlaw to a local shed in Basildon. There is a reasonably extensive tapas and fish menu. Most dishes aren’t bad, but no cigar. Best dish was the honey and orange prawns with a nice accompaniment. The stuffed squid was a slightly odd texture of stuffing The crispy patas with aioli wasn’t overly crisp and there was a significant lack of garlic. The oddest was the tiny cubes of chopped chorizo cooked in cider, strange texture and taste. The mocktail was the highlight! Staff were very friendly, it’s clearly a very popular place as at 1130 on a Wednesday lunchtime all 30+ covers were fully booked! I was sat next to the toilet and in direct line with the regularly opening door and the strong cooling breeze. Nice staff popular place probably not for me.”

  “We were very lucky to have a table when we walked in for late lunch. The place is not big. There are a lot of options to choose from in the menu. It takes a bit of time for the food to arrive but they are absolutely worth the wait. Happy with all the choices. And you have a sea view as well at the same time. Highly recommended.”
