“The Tan Tan Tonkotsu Ramen has a rich broth and very bouncy, chewy noodles. I also loved the Black Garlic Oil Ramen—it’s super fragrant but doesn't feel heavy or oily at all. Very generous portions of meat and noodles too! Don't miss the Shrimp Croquettes; they are served fresh and crunchy. Definitely coming back.”
