About Trago Lounge
Trago Lounge is an all-day restaurant in Southampton, at 190-192 Portswood Rd, and it is open daily. The menu starts with breakfasts and moves on to rice dishes, salads and tapas options. Birria tacos sit alongside a Brisket Birria toastie served with birria gravy, and a Buddha Bowl is on the list too. Gluten-free and vegan choices are included, and smoothies and coffee are among the drinks. Board games are on hand for groups of friends, toys are there for young children, and dogs get treats, so families and people bringing a pet are covered. Guests order food and drinks from the table and can add or change items, for example asking for a drink with or without ice or a dish with no onions.

Customer Review Summary
Birria is the dish reviewers single out most, with one describing the Brisket Birria toastie of mature cheddar, mozzarella, spicy brisket, chipotle mayo and jalapeños served with birria gravy, and another praising the birria tacos. Close behind are the Buddha Bowl for vegetarians, the soup of the day and grain salad, and tapas described as tasty and varied. Breakfasts also earn mentions, and one reviewer recommends the smoothie. Several describe a vibrant atmosphere with a real buzz, music that adds to it, and a cosy back garden. Service is called friendly and welcoming, and ordering at the table lets diners change drinks and meals, such as skipping ice or leaving onions off a cheeseburger. One reviewer found everything overpriced, especially the alcohol free drinks, though they called the food decent. Several note how fast food and drinks arrive, including one lunch that came out quickly even though the restaurant was almost full.

“Had a quick breakfast there with a friend, the food is decent, but seemed like everything was overpriced, especially drinks, alcohol free ones... The waiter was friendly and the food came out quick. It's cute and had a nice back garden for hotter days.”
