  “Server went over and beyond for us, food was brilliant! Don’t understand why the McDonald’s next door was busy and this Burger King was quiet. This is now my go-to fast food place when I’m in the area”

  “This isn't to do with the staff at BK, rather their worthless excuse of a delivery service. Driver didn't even leave the store on the tracker but was apparently stood outside my door for "10 minutes". End result? No food and no refund. Terrible communication and no response when tried to call. If you want food delivered, I suggest avoiding this store.”

  “Have a burger king app so decided to go and eat at the south shields one. Ordered Wednesday special for myself which was a burger for £3 Wife had new bbq burger n chips and soft drink for £6 special offer. Didn't have to wait long and came out pipping hot. What i can't understand is why there are hardly any customers every time we visit compared to McDonald's next door. Hands down burger king is more tastier and value for money compared to McDonald's. We were the only one sitting inside the restaurant for the 20 minutes we sat there. Which is great shame.”

  “Don’t know what it is about this Burger King in particular but my god the food is terrible. I’ve loved Burger King since I was a kid and it always been my go to place for a tasty burger. But this place is shocking. I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt and going back and I must say it’s getting worse. I don’t know if the staff don’t clean properly or the food is made pouring advance it just tastes off. IF YOU ARE A FAN OF BURGER KING AVOID. It’s says everything g how next door at Maccy’s the queue is constant, Burger King on the other hand is like a ghost town. Sort it out.”

  “One of the best burger kings out there all the staff are lovely and always make the burgers perfectly and extremely clean as well as the toilets that you don’t see much. There is always a nice smell in this Burger King unlike McDonald’s next door to it that smelt like actual Dead rats. Since this shop has renovated the whole place looks even nicer.the staff care about the place and the customers and also have good music on constantly. Even if it’s closing time they will let you order something and possible give you extra since the rest is going in the bin . Yours sincerely Hayden shaw .”

  “First time me and the daughter visited the newly refurbished south shields burger king. Food was hot, quick to get served and branch was very clean. Both enjoyed it will be back in future”

  “Jarrow, South Shields NE34 9QD is the location of the burger king visited. I was not given a receipt at the point of sale. Firstly asked for a double chicken royal with bacon & cheese. Then an £5.99 whopper meal deal from the app. Adding an extra pattie. 4 mayos. We waited around 10 minutes to be served. Got our food eventually, I had a missing beef pattie in my whopper. my dad realised his burger (the chicken royale) was missing cheese and bacon, after 2 bites. So he went to ask to get it sorted and 'Stacie' the manager has slapped w2 slices of cheese on the side and some bacon like a dog. Now if you make a mistake with someone's food you apologise, take it back and rectify the mistake by giving them a new meal. No Stacie was adamant not to make another burger even tho my dad didnt want cold cheese and bacon. And only refunded him the cost of the burger and not the meal. I have a picture for proof. The way we were treat was disrespectful as if we were dogs. Terrible attitude from a manager!”

  “I had a really great experience at Burger King. The place was very clean and well maintained, which made it comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, making sure customers felt welcome from the moment they walked in. Their positive attitude and quick service really stood out. The whole environment felt relaxed and pleasant, and it was clear that the team worked hard to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, it was an amazing experience thanks to the hardworking and cheerful staff. 😊”
