Customer Review Summary
Peshwari naan comes up most, praised by two reviewers, alongside a chicken dansak, and diners describe food that is fresh, delicious and full of flavour. One visitor calls a mixed grill of lamb chops, tandoori prawns and chicken tikka the star of the show. Others single out the Highway Mutton with lemon and coriander rice, the daal tarka, the garlic chilli chicken curry and a speciality prawn starter described as the best sharing starter one diner has had. Service is repeatedly called friendly and attentive, with one server talking guests through the popular dishes and not rushing them, and several mention a welcoming atmosphere, one calling it cozy. Reviewers also mention reasonable prices and generous portions, including on a dining offer. The one caution comes from a reviewer who warns that the jalfrezi is very hot, though they loved it. Several visitors from out of town came back for a second meal, one from Scotland after a piping hot takeaway the first night.

“Fantastic food, fantastic service! The food was really delicious - I love their Peshwari naan! :) Also, our server Sam was really good and he made sure that we have the best dining experience. I was only in Solihull for a few days for a conference, but I would comeback just to eat at this place.”

“Feel like we’ve found a hidden gem here! Don’t bother with the one over the road, come here and see Dara and the team. Dara brings the vibes and smiles, and chef brings the incredible food. Try the lemon and coriander rice with Highway Mutton- banging! Careful on the jalfrezi though 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🥵 But if you like that- delish! Loved it. So cozy too.”
