“Myself and my wife visited on the 27th of July during the cocktail festival. Although there was some limitations to the choice available due to a very busy weekend we had a lovely time in the sun enjoying the view in the sun from the terrace. Can't wait till the next time!”

“Really disappointing meal and service. We booked for a group of 12 at 2pm Saturday. We were asked to provide our meal order the Thursday before which we did. The food took 1hr20 mins to come out and when it did it took 25 mins from the first plate being served until the last. 4 of the meals were wrong, there was no cutlery provided until we asked and some of the food was frozen! We had to ask several times for things and were pretty much ignored. The manager was made aware of the issues and no point came to speak to us instead two young servers were left to do the apologising. We were told one chef got too drunk the night before and therefore they were short staffed in the kitchen. At the end of the meal we asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy in the kitchen but upon leaving the restaurant he was just stood behind the bar with several other members of staff. Whilst we understand things happen regarding staff shortages the lack of organisation and service was appalling. The fact that it was too much for the manager to take 5 seconds and come and apologise says everything. Attached is a photo of my meal that was £22 and was supposed to be cauliflower steak in fresh parsley, coriander, olive oil, lemon juice and light dressing. Would avoid!!!”
