About Blind Busker
Blind Busker is a pub on Church Rd in Hove, open daily with food served every day. Sport is shown on screens, covering football, rugby and cricket, and the beer garden at the back shows matches too, so a game does not have to mean staying inside. The bar pours beers and real ales on tap, with a real ale promotion on Tuesdays. On the food side, the kitchen cooks Sunday roasts, a vegan burger and a bottomless brunch. The front patio catches the evening sun. Formula 1 is shown on Sundays.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the friendly, helpful staff, with several calling the service exceptional and one describing the pub as a home away from home. Close behind are the sport screenings, where rugby and cricket get a mention and one reviewer praises the choice of matches, and the quick-arriving food. A vegan burger and a bottomless brunch earn praise, as do well kept ales, and dogs are welcome. The food draws the sharpest split. One reviewer calls the beef in a plate of food inedible, likening it to dog treats, and says friends' mixed grills were only redeemed by the egg. Another finds the portions small for the money. The football setup draws a complaint too, with one diner describing a small TV with no sound and a glare that left only the two people directly in front able to see in the garden. One diner left after a loud patron praising Margaret Thatcher spoiled the evening, though they had found the food good and the service lovely. Several say they would return, and one reviewer notes a real ale promotion on Tuesdays.

“Brighton pub that will put the home team in the smallest TV with no sound! Shamefull. Your well publicised booking system, that no one's hear of! Also, hardly anyone was watching the football in the garden as there was again no sound and only the 2 people directly in front could see anything due to the glare . . .”

“Good food, lovely service. We would have stayed longer but unfortunately there was was loud mouth singing Maggie Thatcher's praises very loudly. Had to leave before I said something I didn't regret! Some people just don't know how to behave in public. Hopefully all their customers aren't like that but not sure I'll be back to find out.”
