  “Food arrived 2 hours after i ordered it, scheduled arrival for 9:55 and turned up at almost 11, food was still hot so i presume it was never on its way in the first place”

  “I've never been so mad, ordered food at 5pm and said it would take 51 minutes still not arrived I called said be 10 more minutes. Another 30 minutes called again said it'll be another 20 minutes as his driver had an accident which I understood but asked why they didn't tell me said it'll be 20 more minutes, again waited still not here. Called again said 10 more minutes, this time I said if not here in 10 minutes I will call and cancel, got off call and saw that they cancelled my order. Now over 2 hours later I've had to order somewhere else, where if they didn't lie to me I could of asked them to cancel ages ago and gone with someone else. Will never order from them.”

  “Bought there 10s of times, use to be best place for taste qualoty food and service. Use to... Now multiple mistakes and to top it off last order ever placed it on Sunday through their app. Everything went through my money was gone. To my surprise tryling to call them hour later to find out where is my food, they were Closed! Took me few days to get someone on the phone, was told i will get my money back and month later still nothing. Pathetic service!”

  “Very disappointed. I ordered on their website for collection, was supposed to be ready to collect in 15 minutes but then I had to wait double the time. I asked for no onions in my order and surprise surprise, they put in onions anyway. I ordered a milkshake which was available online but then it was not actually available when I went to collect. The meat portion on the kebabs was tiny and the chicken kebab was not even a proper chicken donner. Very disappointed.”

  “Over charged, food inedible, over cooked chicken given to a pregnant woman, gravy is like cement, chips taste like fish, calamari tuff and taste off, hair in kebab. Over all absolutly discusting staff no help and refused to give refund …”

  “I can only assume that the management dont really appreciate repeat custom, after ordering from here on a regular basis I recieved my order with the main part missing, I called up and was told that they REFUSE to send the correct order and would only subsidise on a future order. whilst the food (when correct) has always been nice, the way their error was handled is enough to put me off any further orders! Il stick to Pejis!”

  “Only ordered twice from here. The food is fantastic.. when it turns up!! Last time it was late by half an hour. I ordered at 18:16 today it is now 19:56 still no food and two irritable hungry kids now. I've ordered else where so if it does actually turn up then they will be getting turned away”

  “Ordered a few times and the food is pretty good... pizza base is nice an light. Good tastey cheese too. My biggest issue is the chicken fillet burger not being propper filited chicken, its reformed......They do have chicken burger and chicken fillet burger on the menu so i expected fresh chicken. The fact they do sfc makes this even more misleading. Sorry guys let's me down here..”
