  “We went to TXIN to celebrate a friend’s 50th birthday - what a treat we were in for! The staff had decorated the table, provided a 50th birthday balloon and some birthday banners; unbelievable and far more than we would ever have expected. What came next was a delight in culinary arts. We opted for the platter which was plentiful and outstanding! The food just melted in your mouth. The staff were attentive and super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff made some excellent cocktails which was something I wasn’t expecting from a young team. The owner came out and wished our friend happy birthday and at the end of our meal, brought out a cake with a candle on it. If you are in Salisbury, you MUST try TXIN. It is one of Salisbury’s hidden Gems!”

  “Recently tried TXIN on a weekday and I was a little disappointed with the beef brisket as it didn’t look the same as the cut of brisket I’d seen in some of their reviews? However the flavours were absolutely amazing with the Indian twist to Texas classics, and you get such generous portions! Would be good to try again maybe with a different meat next time. The chef came out of the kitchen to greet us too which was a nice touch.”

  “where to start.....everything about TXIN was phenomenal!!! it was warm and welcoming and just the right size to feel comfortable. my friend and I are from out of town and looking for something different. this restaurant combines authentic Indian flavours with smokehouse meats and it works SO WELL!! We ordered the mini platter....there was nothing mini about it, we actually moved from a table for two to a table for four to accommodate all our dishes. (we had to bring two containers home with the rest of the meat) the food itself was everything we hoped for. all the meats had their own bold flavours and you could taste the love put into them. this wasn't just food this has the comfort you get of going home to your family to be welcomed with your favourite dish. The chicken wings and coleslaw were a personal favourite. but OH MY GOODNESS the cauliflower was insanely good and a must to have on your plate the staff were all lovely and the chef came out to greet us too. once we met her you could see the passion she has for the food she has made! if you stop by the espresso martini is a must, by far one of the best I've had (and I've had a lot 🤙🏼)”
