  “​An absolute gem in Salisbury! We had a wonderful dining experience at Baroushka. The food was incredible—full of authentic flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was equally excellent, making us feel truly looked after from the moment we walked in. A special shoutout to Salman, who entertained us brilliantly and added so much warmth and fun to our evening. We couldn't fault a thing and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!”

  “Head to Baroushka if you fancy some delicious Lebanese mezze or traditional dishes in Salisbury. We shared two of the platters and had a great selection of cold mezze followed by the hot course of grilled meats. Prices are a little higher but the restaurant, food and service is worth it. Everyone we spoke to was kind and attentive. They were clearly keen that we have a great experience with them! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and is tastefully decorated. It also has AC which we were very grateful for! The music did go up a little way into the evening, which made conversation a bit harder, but I can appreciate why this is done. Overall I definitely rate the food and would go back for that reason! A great range of options on the menu, beautifully presented dishes and a treat for the taste buds!”

  “We visited Baroushka and had such a wonderful experience from start till the end. The hospitality was truly warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere made us feel comfortable right away. We ordered a selection of appetizers, a main course, and dessert. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, authentic, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into the food here. My husband even said he hasn’t eaten this well in a long time, which says a lot! I’ve seen in the comments that some people weren’t expecting these kinds of flavors, but that’s exactly the point! Embrace it!! This isn’t your usual simple fish & chips. It’s vibrant, aromatic, and a real treat if you’re open to it!”

  “Excellent service, wonderful food, reasonable prices. Very happy with our visit to Baroushka. It was a busy Saturday and weren't sure we would be able to get in but after a short wait they moved some tables around and we were quickly enjoying the food and drinks on offer.”

  “My visit with three friends for tea and dinner was a mixed bag. We started with the cardamom and Turkish tea pots, but found both to be faint in flavour. The food was nicely presented, though not particularly remarkable. The mocktails, however, were very tasty. The desserts were the biggest letdown. The portions were quite small and the flavours weren't anything special. On a very positive note, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and proactively refilled our water without being asked. The venue itself is beautiful, with a clean and well-executed Middle Eastern aesthetic. We were surprised, however, to find it so empty on a Sunday evening. Finally, I was taken aback to see "Israel" mentioned numerous times on the menu...”

  “We were greeted by very friendly staff on our arrivals and were offered a complimentary (non alcoholic) shot. We were also offered rose water to clean our hands. The service was outstanding here and the platter we had was delicious. An absolute feast! Would recommend if you want a special evening out in Salisbury.”
