  “We use to order from here all the time but stopped when I got food poisoning. We thought we’d give it another go lastnight and now my partner is off work with food poisoning. It started off really good, but standards have dropped and we won’t be ordering from here again.”

  “Worst take away I've had. Bun was soggy, had so much sauce on it it all slipped off the bun. The chips was sold on both portions. The brownie wasn't anything to call home about. Was sub par. No caramel sauce like described. Rang doorbell once, instantly got up and he rang it again. Didn't give me chance to get to the door. Won't be ordering again.”

  “The order took an hour and a half. The chicken burger came with the wrong sauce so unable to eat as it had lots on it. The chips were undercooked and soggy. Rang to get a refund but have to go through the app which is proving difficult. Never again.”

  “Waited over 2 and half hours. Food stone cold and bearly cooked.. Delivery driver was so rude. Would not waste your money here. Go elsewhere if you don't want food poisoning :)”

  “Ordered tonight and food arrived fresh and hot after a little mishap with one of the burgers and ringing to explain they rectified this straight away with quick delivery of the replacement and even gave fresh chips too. Good quality food and good customer service. Will be a returning customer. The owner took time to redeliver the food himself.”

  “One of the best burger places I've been to. 4 meals was cheaper than the chain fastfood restaurants and you get a far superior burger. Juicy, fresh and bang on. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.”

  “I ordered a few loaded chicken fries and a chicken burger for an evening meal and I ordered over the phone for delivery. The food was fantastic and we all really enjoyed the taste of the food overall, well done there. However, the service was poor. I spoke with a man on the phone who cut me off 3 times, and was really blunt throughout the conversation. The food was great, but part of the overall experience is the service too and this let the experience down. I was not at all impressed with the service over the phone, and I hope for improvement in this area as the food is fantastic and this is the only severe weak point”

  “Waited all in all 2 hours, arrived 45 mins after expected arrival time food was freezing. Tiny amount of cheese on chips and some chips wasn’t fully cooked. Burger was soaked in signature sauce even though description says ‘ drizzled ‘ and the pricing is scandalous for the quality of food & service you receive”

  “Classic Smash burger was very good, one of the better Smash burgers i’ve tried. Filling and also tasted really good. Fries were soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside.”

  “Absolutely amazing! 🍔🔥 Hands down one of the best burger spots I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour, you can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and the service is fast, even when it’s busy. The portions are generous — you definitely get your money’s worth. If you haven’t tried their smash burgers yet, you’re seriously missing out. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️”
