  “So slow at getting your food ready, always cold and get your order wrong. When you tell them its wrong, they look at you funny, and them just make you wait longer and then say no thanks for waiting or anything. Tables are also always dirty and the floornis filthy with rubbish, wouldnt recommended”

  “An embarrassment for Uber Eats. I placed a £40 order through Uber Eats from this restaurant at 19:30 we had three Uber drivers assigned to this pick up all patiently waiting but one by one giving up. 2 hours later the order was cancelled saying there was a problem with the courier, the only problem was that KFC Leigh was not giving them our food. I would avoid this KFC especially if your hungry it is definitely not fast food, it's not even appearing food. Unfortunately I cant give no stars”

  “It was late and the only place open after the gigg, was looking forward to having a KFC hadnt had one for ages, I was very disappointed, no flavour to the chicken, chips were cold and in small portions. Perhaps it was late and nobody cared, that's sort of how I felt when I was there.”

  “Stopped going here after repeatedly getting home to find they hadn't given me something I had paid for. Went today for the first time in ages. Got home - stuff missing from the bag. At this point you wonder if it's incompetence, intentional, or just the consequences of filling your business with foreigners who don't speak English. Maybe all of the above. Avoid.”

  “Ordered through Uber Eat, and order was missing a drink with one of the meals, and missing a tender with the snackbox when pictures clearly show 2 of them. Don't think I've had an order go right with any KFC in the UK for years, which is frustrating as the food tastes nice enough. But with this restaurant specifically, have had orders be hours late or missing items in the past, or more often than not arriving cold. Probably only order once a year, so I guess it's my fault for hoping that maybe the next time would be different but it never is.”

  “Sometimes the food is amazing other days it isn't worth the money, yesterday I went through drive through & the meal received was the smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen on a burger even the has brown was bigger I guess this place is only good depending on who is working”

  “I’m disappointed cause tbh because Iv ordered from here a lot of times recently and Iv not noticed a issue and the delivery is quick however Iv had my food delivered tonight and I bit into one of my chicken fillets it was all chewy so I had a look and it was pink and raw and my other fillets was aswell all pink. So no Iv wasted my money and not just that Iv also ate pink chicken. Disgusting.”

  “Long wait at the drive thru ordered a large zinger stacker meal got a medium food was less then warm and the wings were inedible. Poor meal expensive nearly £19 for rubbish didbt get any napkins straw salt or even a spoon for mash. Won't be returning to this branch as very disappointed 😔”

  “Mrs was out so just went with a delivery, boneless banquet ( smaller one ) added a extra fillet for the dog 😁 Food was ordered about 7pm on a Saturday night and arrived in under 30mins so pretty good. Order was all correct tasted good no complaints from me or the dog 🐺 chips was warm but still okay i ate them so 🤷‍♂️”
