  “if i could i would rate them a 0. they were rude when i was about to pay as we added something else at the end and they seemed annoyed and scoffing noises because of that. also i was in there for over 30 minutes waiting for such a small meal. when i got the food they forgot the chips with my meal that i ordered and then went to go get them which then took even longer. but when getting the chips i asked for some ketchup and they put a garlic sauce tub in the bag. so will never be going there again. rude and slow. wouldnt recommend”

  “Had peri peri chicken with rice in mild and hot. Food was fresh and well cooked. Chicken was juicy and full of flavor. Both mild and hot tasted great. Portion size was good. Everything felt clean and properly prepared. Delicious meal. Will order again.”

  “Ordered a delivery from here tonight, come piping hot as it always does from here. Me and the Mrs love it. I thought I would mix up my order tonight and have a change so I ordered the "El Burrito" with hot spice and without red onion.... I have found my new favourite.🤤 Next i need to try mango and lime!”

  “Absolutely disgusted at the prices. Paid nearly £3 for a “portion” of onion rings. Then got them and they were 5 small onion rings on a plate that could fit a lot more. Just to add, Ketchup was like water. Left unsatisfied and will not be returning again”

  “I ordered chicken wings, fries, and a Pepsi tonight through Uber. I paid for peri peri salt, but it wasn’t added on the fries. Also, I found a feather in my chicken, which was a very disgusting experience. I have called the store and told them I got it in my food, they just simply replied "I don't understand what is feather". disappointing service. I am not going to buy anything from rio's. 🙏”

  “Ordered 1 Whole chicken meal. Quantity was quite good, it's actually more than enough for 3 people. Lemon and Herb flavour was fantastic. If you like spicy ask them to put peri peri spice on Fries it will take your fries to next level. I ordered it twice so far and both the times it tasted good.”
