  “I've ordered food from here many times and I've never had a bad experience. I absolutely love the Detroit style Double Properoni pizza, the mac and cheese loaded fries and the cheeseburger loaded fries. They package everything really well so the food is still hot when it gets to me. The menu is varied and extensive so there's something for everyone.”

  “What a gem of a food place, got the salt an pepper loaded fries, big portion cooked to perfection best fried chicken ever!!!! Also got a trees leches with biscoff on that was next level. Staff were really friendly, my new fave takeaway, deffo best I've found in Walton and I eat takeaway every night. Will be back again for sure, glad they have a rewards program on their app!”

  “First time ordering here after spotting them on Instagram. I am quite fussy with takeaways but this is easily 10/10 absolutely amazing. Burger was proper smashed patties rather than than the “typical frozen takeout burger”. Pizzas thick with loads of flavour. Definitely as good as the pics / videos look!! Staff lovely and friendly! Thank you ☺️”

  “Bought 3 scouse burgers, one with normal chips, one with pizza chips and one with salt and pepper chips. Also bought some chicken tenders as a side, with a coke and a sprite, not only was that £81.89 on uber eats, half the order was missing, portions were tiny, it was cold when it arrived, and Uber only refunded me £20. Absolute joke. Steer well clear of this dump.”

  “Says buy 'ONE' get one free on uber. But apparently you have to add 2 items to your basket. It even let me modify both items but when my order arrived only the one item came and when I rang the shop there was nothing they could do. I went back on uber to check the offer terms and they had removed the buy one get one free offer. Will not order from here again!! In response to your reply... I have only selected one item as already stated above its buy 'ONE' get one free. Everywhere else that does this offer it automatically puts the second item in the basket. However as stated it let me take the sauce off both wraps and ive even left a note asking to put a different sauce on both wraps. Your saying the reason why the buy one get one free was no longer offered because I already redeemed it. How does that make sense if I never received both orders. Poor attitude towards customer service. Don't worry I will spread the word!”

  “I’ve been working as an Uber driver for the past 2 years, and I’ve picked up many orders from Umami Restaurant. I’ve also bought food for myself there several times, and I can honestly say the food is always delicious. What really stands out to me is the staff. They are consistently friendly, polite, and very kind. Every time I go in, I feel respected and welcomed, which makes a big difference, especially during a busy workday. I’m very happy with the service they provide, both to drivers and customers. Great food and even better staff highly recommended!”

  “Delicious food every time, no matter what they put out it's🔥 the great thing about it is I've been here 20+ times and the food stays the same great quality. They will not rush your food out, if its not up to scratch they won't serve it. They have such an eye for quality that its unheard of. They get very busy over the weekend sometimes I see like 10 orders every 5 minutes fly out. The staff are super friendly they keep up updated on how long it's going to be, they make conversation and treat customers with respect. I've never been to a place that can pump put this quality every time.”
