“Very disappointed with my KFC takeaway. The wings were extremely salty, and I found feathers still attached to some of the wings, which was very unpleasant and off-putting. The food quality was not good, and this is not what I would expect from KFC. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their food preparation and quality control.”

“As soon as I walked in, I smelled a foul odor; the seats and countertops were very dirty, and there was even dried tomato juice on the counter. KFC never disappoints! The chicken was crispy, tasty and fresh. The service was quick, and my order came out hot. Great value for the price. The chicken was crispy and flavourful, and the chips were nice. The only downside was the waiting time, but overall it was a good mea”

“We placed our order assuming we could sit in, as online it clearly states the restaurant is open until 11pm. Only after we paid did staff tell us the lobby was closed. My partner has a bad knee injury, so standing wasn’t an option. We had to argue our case before they reluctantly allowed us to sit down—this should never happen. To make things worse, the toilets were absolutely disgusting. Clearly not being checked or cleaned properly, which is unacceptable in a food establishment. Overall, very poor service and hygiene standards. Customers should be informed about lobby closures before ordering, not after. Would not recommend this branch.”

“Possibly the worst kfc I have ordered. Spent £80 + and the meal was cold. Items were missing diabolical service. Paid 12.99 for a twister wrap meal image below. No drink no side and the wrong sauce I ordered Kentucky mayo and got bbq that’s just the start but I can’t be bothered listing the other issues. Shocking 😳”
