  “Food was lovely however the tables were dirty. We ordered table service then got shouted over saying they don’t do table service that isn’t her job. We were then missing items and when we brought it up they were annoyed as if it was our fault. The staff were very rude and I wouldn’t recommend however the food was nice.”

  “Would give zero stars if I could. Place was filthy, every table disgusting. Waited twenty five minutes for a simple order. Had to get a refund from the miserable manager.”

  “Just had the lady at the drive through swear cause I wanted to make a mobile order.. she was really angry cause she had to re-enter the order and when my order was packed it wasn’t packed properly… they advertise one thing and do something different with an attitude. If you do not want to participate in the mobile app promotion then you don’t have to… I go to the restaurant to buy food and not to beg for it. Please fix your attitude”

  “Drive through order early evening. Just me in car, window open. Basic order, advised to park up as would take a couple of minutes. Staff member bringing bag couldn’t be bothered to hand me the bag at my open window and stood at other side of car, not a word uttered and plonked the bag on passenger seat. I assume they had a bad day because the level of service was shocking from that staff member. Person who took order was very polite and the food was good.”

  “Food was hot. Tables and floor were disgusting and unclean. Staff were coughing, sneezing and wiping their nose whilst serving food. Had to sit outside because tables are horrid. Loud disturbing disco music, never saw a smile. Won't come back.”

  “Rubbish... I ordered on line from just eat , the food is like warm and the drinks are missing. Considering I am a 5 min drive away , im not happy. I tried to call them they are not answering the phone. Tried to get hold of just eat.... Just useless. I will not be using them again.”

  “I have used this branch a fair few times and 3 members of staff stand out for me. Nadia, Chelsea and I'm sorry but the 3rd I can't remember her name. Very sorry. But always friendly, great customer service. Excellent 3 members of staff and need to be valued.”

  “Service is very long. And the pickle line was just non existent here. I went through the drive-thru 4x and there were “no frickles” each time and on the 5th time (today) I was told that the store doesn’t serve them “anymore” when there was no point saying anymore, as they never did. Being lied to so many times is ridiculous just say you never had them in. You have to wait a good 3 minutes to have your order taken and even longer to receive it. There’s staff outside with gloves on not on shit and lots of huddles of staff just chatting instead of doing their jobs. Poor.”

  “Always rude staff. Google maps stating closes at 11pm. But only serves cars and delivery drivers until 11pm. Refuses to apologize for confusion. Also I attached photos of what quality chicken they actually sell. The wings tasted horrible and inside meat was full of cooked blood and god knows what was it.”
