  “We often come here for breakfast as its amazing value and a great place to spend time with family. Staff were warm and welcoming and very attentive. We will be sure to visit for breakfast again soon.”

  “We drove around looking for a ‘decent’ breakfast to get your teeth into. M&S or Waitrose were all avocado or halloumi 😝 The Needle n Awl served really nice English brekkie, cheap and quick plus re-fillable hot drinks. Lovely lady serving too. Worth every penny ☺️”

  “Been here a few times now and really enjoy going to the place. It has a really nice outdoor space with plenty of seats going nearly all the way around the building. Inside it's not bad decoration wise and the way it's laid out. You order at the bar after someone seats you. They have a good selection of sauces which you help yourself too. Including mayo ketchup, muatard and bbq. And a self serve water at the bar. The food comes quick and it's hot. Haven't tried many things so maybe I need to come back with an update on that. But the chicken new Yorker is good and they let me swop the peas for beans. This place is super handy if your visiting rushden lakes shopping and you fancy different perhaps even cheaper options than is available there. It's a short walk over the A road via a walkbridge. Staff are very friendly and polite and make sure to always check your happy with your food. Also it has a great menu. So many options and not bad prices. Something for everyone for sure. Highly recommend this nice place.”

  “Came in after work for something to eat and was welcomed by Marie. She was incredibly friendly, helped me find a seat, and pointed me in the right direction for everything I needed. The service was fast, the food was great, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Marie's excellent”

  “Food is great, but when you arrive you aren’t allowed to pick your own table or sit where you’d prefer. The waiting area has a big wall covering the bar so you are stood waiting for a good 5/10 minuets before anyone even notices you are there and waiting to be seated. I think if your customers were allowed to just walk in and pick their own tables it would be amazing. They sit everyone so close together and when you want a nice quiet lunch/dinner and you’re seated next to people who aren’t dining and they are just there having drinks being very loud, isn’t the best experience. It’s a real shame that this isn’t allowed, and I’m sure that a lot of customers would agree and if it was to change it would be a big hit!”

  “Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was brilliant, the food and drinks were fantastic, and the service was outstanding. A huge shoutout to Sam, the team leader who served us — so friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout the whole visit. Nothing was too much trouble and they really made us feel looked after. Can’t wait to come back again soon!”

  “Staff were great with my toddler and keeping her happy throughout our visit. Particularly Mandi who helped my daughter when she was upset. The food was good pub grub. We did the two classic meals for £13 weekdays deal which is definitely affordable compared to other places to eat. The lasagne was nice and our food arrived in good time after ordering.”
