“Absolutely ⭐️ Here’s a polished, natural review you can post: Had a lovely experience here tonight. The staff were absolutely lovely, attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and wonderful. I ordered the steak butterfly and well cooked with mash and veg, and they cooked it exactly how I asked – which I really appreciated, as some places can be funny about cooking steak well done. It was delicious. The wine was also amazing. I didn’t like the first one I tried, but they recommended a second one and it was absolutely gorgeous. Great service. I’m gluten-free, and they were very accommodating with that too. My only small downside is I wish they offered gluten-free pizzas, as that would make it even better and I’d visit so much more. Overall, a really lovely restaurant with great food, lovely staff, and a fantastic atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“A group of 10 of us (adults and children of all ages) went for a family occasion. Booked from one day to the next and it was no problem at all (we did go early at 5pm). There was plenty of free parking on site. Food and service were impeccable - my daughter wanted to have a Biscoff biscuit that came with someone else's coffee. The waiting staff were happy to get her not one but three packets so the guest didn't have to give up theirs. A meal at San Marco is definitely on the menu when we are next in Southport/Preston.”

“Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. The food was excellent with lots of choice. Portions are large with starters being very filling. I had Pollo Diane for mains which was first class. Lots of desserts are available as well so there is something for everyone. Recommend.”
