  “Heya, I am Italian, born and raised — though black in complexion — and I came here this evening for a quick treat. From the outset I was unsure of the seating system. I waited briefly at the door, but no one came to greet me or show me to a table. I had arrived at approximately 20:35. I then mentioned the booking, which had been made on my behalf by another party, and was seated in a rather angled, secluded spot — without being asked whether it suited me. I was given the menus and ordered a 7Up, which arrived (thankfully still unopened). After that, however, the service simply stopped. The waiters did not once check whether I was ready to order; they passed by only to clear nearby tables and attend to other customers, leaving me entirely overlooked. With the restaurant due to close at 22:00, I also began to wonder how — even had I been attended to — there would realistically be time to cook a meal and eat it at a comfortable pace. By the time I write this, thirty minutes have passed: sat at a table, without food, feeling rather awkward. I had set myself a time to leave at quarter past, and so I am. The menu itself looked perfectly reasonable, though I never had the chance to try the food. Would I return? I strongly doubt it.”

  “Great food great portions an price, staff very attentive would definitely go again, Only criticism is the steak was a bit fatty but my wife's was fine, definitely the best Italian I've been in the area Francos has gone a bit downhill the last few times we have been but this place is superb”

  “Great authentic Italian experience Parking can be difficult as there is no on site parking and its a residential area where everyone seems to have 4 cars per house. Prices very reasonable Service quick Plenty of choice of food and drink with specials on offer Selection of cocktails and nice after dinner drinks We didnt feel rushed despite it being busy I would advise to book if you want to visit early in the evening”

  “Lovely little Italian restaurant. Group booking for a birthday celebration. Had to sit on 2 large tables which wasn't ideal but understandable due to limited room. Restaurant was busy as it was a Friday but service was good as was the food.”
