  “Lovely staff and food. The english breakfast was mouthwatering. However, not very impressed with decaf coffee. Everyone should come here for the ambience. Closest to nature, the serenity.... I could just pay to be there.”

  “Brilliant cafe (eat in or sit out) in beautiful surroundings where you can walk round the gardens and some of the estate, down to the water where you can hire SUP's. Small park for small younger children. Friendly and attentive staff, great food and lovely atmosphere.”

  “Had a very nice afternoon here, the conservatory looked very busy when we arrived but we were seated very quickly, there was a very good selection of specials on the board, plus a good fixed menu, loads of choice on cakes, literally must have been 15 options of fantastic looking cakes. They make their own sausage roll at £1 an inch, I fancied trying, it was the biggest inch I've ever seen, this was very nice, try it! We ordered from the menu, we had hot beef brisket chiabatta/chunky chips, battered haddock chunky chips and mushy peas, and also the apple stripe double burger/fries and slaw. Everyone enjoyed their meals, we had a pot of tea for two and cola, the cost was around £54 for three of us. The setting here is lovely there's also a garden area where you can eat and a park for kids to burn energy while waiting for food, the lake and surrounding area for walking after and burn off your dinner. I would definitely return, thank you, I had a nice day out.”

  “Went today for Afternoon tea and it amazing. Service was brilliant and top quality home made food. It was a busy Sunday lunchtime with a constant stream of customers wanting tables. Some did have to wait for table but it was never more than 10mins. All the other food beong brought out looked tasty. We will definitely return.”
