  “Food is always bang on, no matter what we order. 99% of the time it's ready on time they say.. if not they apologise profusely. Food always nice and hot too. One time they got a couple of dishes wrong and changed them with no qualms.. keeping the rest of the food warm whilst I waited. Our weekly go to. Already looking forward to tonight's feast 👌”

  “I use the Chinese on a regular basis unfortunately the time for delivery is getting longer. We were told this evening that the food would take an hour and 40 minutes which was quite acceptable as I know they are busy. We’re in fact it took over 2 1/2 hours, it’s a shame but won’t be using them again.”

  “Last week was not impressed waited for sometime but tonight the was food was earlier than expected and food was hot and delicious. I understand it gets quite busy and really glad I gave the Chinese another try!!”

  “I’ve been ordering from this Chinese takeaway for some time now, but I must say I’m utterly disappointed. Everyone has their own taste preferences, which is why they choose or avoid certain foods. For starters, they don’t accept card payments, so I had to go online to place my order. I specifically went back inside to clarify my order and emphasized how spicy I wanted the food, including the “salt and pepper” spare ribs. On several occasions, I’ve happily paid an extra £0.50 for added spice because I enjoy my food very hot and spicy. However, when I received my food and took it home, there wasn’t a hint of spice in anything I ordered, not even in the “salt and pepper” ribs, which are supposed to include pepper by default. I’ve had a similar issue with this takeaway before, but this time, I felt my preferences as a customer were completely ignored. This is especially disappointing because I took the extra step of going inside after placing my order to ensure everything was clear. Unfortunately, I feel disrespected and let down by this experience, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.”

  “We had this for tonight's dinner. First time we've tried it. Lovely 👍 Lovely chicken balls not chewy at all, really good. Rice was good. Like chinese fried rice should taste. Would definitely use again. Made this Saturday night treat a brilliant one. Cheers golden city 👍”

  “Worst Chinese meal ever! Duck that un edible just fat & hoisin sauce thick gritty tar with cucumber that’s old, rest of meal was not to standard as well as customer care when we complained Used to use regulary, will now be looking for new Chinese Money wasted & hungry”

  “Very cheap and affordable food. Wait only lasted 15 minutes tops. Food was nice and served in large portions to fill us up for the night. Delicious food.”
