  “We always use this place for our takeaway Chinese but this week it was very disappointing to say the least it seems the quality and quantity has gone down and the prices have gone up I know that’s everywhere but the quality should stay the same and this isn’t quality anymore.”

  “Very very poor customer service. Have used Golden Chopsticks for many many years, however, a recent order was recently incorrectly so we contacted them to ask for it to be remedied. They asked for additional money as they took down our order wrong and blamed it on us by saying they read the order back to us and we should have known it was wrong. To confirm, this was not the case and we heard the order repeated back to us. The manager spoke to us on the phone and was very rude and dismissive and argued with us. It is very sad to ruin a good customer relationship seeing as we have used them for so many years but clearly loyalty does not pay off. Will never use them again and unfortunately I would not recommend them to anyone based on how terrible the customer service is.”

  “Just moved to the area and we thought we would try a few Chinese takeaways. This one was in that list and out of the few we have tried. This one has come top for service. The quality of the food. And you do get a lot for ya money.Thank you.”

  “I went there in person to place a takeaway order hoping they will get my order right. I guess I should have checked before leaving with my food instead of having too much trust in their capability to take orders correctly, after confirming with them the 2 dishes at least 3 or 4 times. Guess what, they gave me noodles instead of egg fried rice for gods sake”

  “Thought we'd try the Thai range on their menu as something different to Chinese & really enjoyed it. Three dishes did have one chilli next to them though & we didn't feel they had much heat, obviously everyone is different but if you like spicy, ask for it hotter. We ordered crispy seaweed & she read it back but when it arrived there was no seaweed so we called them & they were very polite & friendly & offered to deliver once paid as it wasn't on our order? Not sure what happened there.”

  “Recently starting ordering and the food has so far been good. Really nice salt and pepper chicken, our favourite! Good delivery times and the lady over the phone is very polite.”

  “I had a terrible experience. I have not had one like it before. I ordered a take-away. Delivery usually an hour (or there about). I called after the hour because it had not arrived just expecting it to be round the corner.. they had a problem and said it would be another hour! Long story short, I waited, then called back after the second hour and they demanded I cancel? I had already paid on card... I have not yet received a refund and did not get my food. Nightmare.”
