Customer Review Summary
The complaints carry more weight. Several describe rude phone staff. Two say a plain chow mein ordered without veg arrived with onions, and one reports an onion allergy and that a replacement and a refund were both refused. Others report missing items and a refusal to redeliver without questioning the caller, food arriving stone cold and over two hours late, and one says a delivery driver shouted and swore at them. Longtime customers describe a drop in quality, naming tough shredded deep fried beef and smoked chicken too spicy to eat, while another found the prawn toast greasy and the Singapore noodles flavourless.

“Ordered online at 5:20, website said an hours wait. Called at 7 and was told food was on the way, 7:40 called again, and was told they only have two drivers tonight but my food is definitely on the way. My food just arrived stone cold and over 2 hours late. Avoid.”

“Not the best Chinese I've ever had but certainly not the worst. 4 star for the food. Ordered online on Saturday evening and it arrived at my door in 13 mins !. Free prawn crackers too. I was a bit worried about the poor reviews however ours was great value for money and will certainly use again.”

“Always ordered of this company but will never order again the delivery driver was shouting and swearing at me because he had to do the simplest thing to re buzz me up to get out of the building theres even a much less stressful way out actually through the carpark but simple things like that is very hard for some!! I then rang up and the manager who then proceeded to say so! So this man gets away with shouting and swearing at female customers. So please avoid Still awaiting an apology but that will be never”

“Don’t even deserve a one star!! Used to be a good Chinese but must be under new management. Ordered a plain chow main no beat sprouts, no onions or veg this was said many times on the phone, just the noodles! We was reassured it was just noodle. Turns up and there’s onions in the chowmain along with bean sprouts, the bean sprouts not a problem we will eat them but my dad is allergic to onions we phoned and ask for a new one to be send out as he Physically couldn’t eat it, he could ended up in hospital the man on the phone was so rude, told my dad we are not getting a new one sent out. We wasn’t asking for our money back we was simply asking for a new chowmain! After arguing for 10 minutes and my dad explaining that if he didn’t check his food he would of ended up in hospital, we asked for a refund only for the noodle, he also refused the refund. I have never know anyone to be soo rude!! We wasn’t scamming them it was a mistake on there side for not listening properly and could have been easily sorted by just sending out a new one/ refund on the noodles. Don’t understand why this man felt the need to argue and be so rude, will never use again also the rest of the food was disgusting! DO NOT RECOMMEND”
