About Daisy's in the Park
Daisy's in the Park is a cafe in Pinner, set in Memorial Park in a room with full-length windows that gives daytime visitors a view of the grounds. It also opens for dinner three nights a week. Sandwiches are made in house on bread from a local bakery, and the food menu includes a halloumi salad alongside carrot cake from the cake selection. Afternoon tea is available for those planning a longer sit. Dogs are welcome. On Saturdays the cafe does not take table orders, so customers queue and order at the counter.

What reviewers say

Customer Review Summary
Carrot cake is the item reviewers name most, called extremely tasty and a favourite of one server, with the raspberry and white chocolate blondie, lemon drizzle, and chocolate muffin close behind among the sweet treats. Savoury mentions include a halloumi salad, a spinach and feta pastry, toasted banana bread, and sandwiches made in house with local bakery bread. Friendly service that goes above and beyond comes up repeatedly, alongside the park view and outdoor space, and one group praised the afternoon tea for a hen do. Prices are the recurring complaint. Several call the food and pastries expensive, one found a plain cheese toastie with chips outrageously overpriced, and another received a cold English breakfast with tough bacon and sausage and a rock hard hash brown. Two reviewers found the flat white and cappuccino weak, more like a latte. Reviewers also note it gets very busy, with a counter queue on Saturdays. One reviewer recalls the manager telling a server to throw in free extras.

“What I really love about this place are the people - the foods good but it's overpriced, but if you want friendly service that goes above and beyond, this is the place. Special mention to Laura and Anna... but they are all nice. Well done Daisy whoever you are for recruiting the best in the business!”

“I LOVE this place! I really appreciate people who enjoy what they sell and can talk about it. One of the servers, Pearl, and I were lost in convo about the sensational raspberry & white chocolate blondie. She then told me about the carrot cake which is her favourite. Honestly, the selection of sweet treats here are dangerous. The manager, Laura overhead and started bigging up the softness of the lemon drizzle and the chocolate muffin which both sounded so tempting. There was old skool Ne-Yo playing in the background and a relaxed but joyful energy in the place. Laura then told Pearl to chuck some extras in for free! As someone who's worked in a cafe before, it was real heart warming to feel people enjoying themselves whilst getting work done. Obviously I'm going back, they got some sandwiches made in house using bread from the local bakery. Really appreciate the hospitality! 💚”

“Love this place, I come often for coffee and brunch, little bit pricey but worth it. The bakery and all the food and coffee are excellent and I enjoy having a stroll in the park and the peace while sipping a cappuccino. It gets very busy at week end and you have to cue at the counter on Saturdays as they don’t take table orders but during week days is very quite, so you know😉”

“Absolutely beautiful location, especially when the suns out! Food is delicious and the staff are great! I got the toasted banana bread and an iced americano, all very delicious 😋”

“I think the food is nice, big portions. But not somewhere where you can eat regularly as it’s a bit on the pricy end. Some of the tables and chairs can do with a bit of TLC or replacement. It’s an OK place to go for brunch etc but I can see it can get very busy in there. Can’t really say much about the staff, didn’t interact with them much apart from ordering and paying. Overall, it’s I’d go again but not in a rush.”
