“Karzan and his team were amazing on Sunday, catering for my film crew of 18. They produced 18 meals at the time we needed it, catering for different preferences and dietary needs, flawlessly, taking time to label everyone's food so we could easily know whose was whose. The food itself was delicious, tasty, and amazingly still hot when we got to eat. I'm looking forward to eating in the restaurant because while I waited, I sampled some soup, which was incredible. Thank you for looking after us so well! I think you have 18 new fans!! 😍”

“I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this shop. The pricing displayed was completely misleading - items showed one price, but at checkout I was charged a higher amount without proper explanation. When I tried to take photos as evidence, the staff reacted aggressively. They approached me and my wife in a threatening manner, as if they were about to physically confront us. This behavior was completely unacceptable and intimidating. Additionally, the staff used inappropriate language and made verbal threats, which made the situation even worse. No customer should ever feel unsafe while simply trying to shop. I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this place.”

“The chicken shawarma from here is absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been here a few times and they never fail to impress me and my family with their amazing food. I even come all the way from High Wycombe just to get their food — it’s that good!”

“Hi there, Thanks for reading my Google Review! My review is solely based on my experience. Therefore, the overall score will reflect both the positives and negatives without me mentioning the negatives (unless required) as each experience can be different. So...my review; Overall, we were the only ones there when we ordered. The food did take soke time however it clearly represented the freshness and quality. The ribs were soft and juicy, the food was plentiful for 2 people. Could have easily fed 4 decently. Customer Service was good. Parking requires payment as it is in the main town. Overall. I would recommend this place. Taste: 👍🏾 Value for Money: 👍🏾 Atmosphere: 👍🏾 Customer Service: 👍🏾 Menu: 👍🏾 Location: 👍🏾 Parking: 👍🏾 Would I recommend: 👍🏾”

Customer Review Summary
Shawarma is the draw, with diners praising the chicken, lamb and mixed versions as juicy and tender, wrapped in bread rolled out fresh and baked in the tandoor. Several call the lamb phenomenal, one describes the ribs as soft and juicy, and one says the portions for two could easily have fed four. Reviewers describe the service as welcoming, and one says a catering order of 18 meals arrived on time, labelled for dietary needs and still hot. The complaints are serious but come from single reviewers. One reports that they and their children were unwell for two days after a delivery order, says they reported it to the food standards agency, and says the shawarma was nothing like the real thing. Another reports that displayed prices differed from the checkout charge, and that staff reacted aggressively and made verbal threats when photos were taken. One diner notes the food took some time to arrive. Several reviewers mention being handed a complimentary bowl of lentil soup while they waited.
