“We ordered iced matcha. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. I’ve had matcha—both hot and iced—at various places before. What we were served had absolutely no matcha flavor; it was just green-colored ice and milk. If they’re introducing new items, the staff really ought to learn how to prepare them properly, because, sadly, this was impossible to enjoy.”
