  “Has greatly improved. Cocktails are amazing and fish and steak has been served to protection everytime ive been in this year. Would def recommend. Staff are amazing and make you feel comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble.”

  “Had chicken stacker disappointed with limp tobacco onions and overdone bacon, tasty pepper sauce. No lunch menu so overpriced as chose from main menu. My friends scampi was a good portion but scampi was placed in a bowl on top of salad making it soggy. Serving staff very friendly and really pleasant especially Christine”

  “We had such a delicious dinner — absolutely smashing! It is on the pricier side, but genuinely worth it. The portions are huge, the drinks are fantastic, and the service was great too. We ordered the mushroom stroganoff, chilli chicken, chilli lemon pepper squid, and a strawberry daiquiri”

  “Poor Service. Initially we were seated at the table by presumably the Manager (Brown haired). She told us the meals of the day such as soup, roast, including the pie of the day. My mother, who i was treating for mother’s day, ordered the pie of the day. Bear in mind, the restaurant was not at all that busy. The lady who eventually served us (presumably another Manager, blonde hair and glasses) explained that “the pie of the day is not ready yet.” Are your staff not kept in the loop? Why is one staff member explaining the dish as though it is ready to serve and the other is saying it’s not ready? it was 3:20pm in the day, so late enough to presume that dish could have been made. Why are some dishes not prepared yet? Why advertise it if the chefs haven’t began to make it? Do you communicate with chefs? seems to be a massive lack of communication among staff. We were then left at the table for around 10 minutes, no one had came to the table yet, no one had asked us what drinks we wanted, we had to alert the Blonde haired Manager again to get her attention as we had not been tended to yet, and even then she seemed to have little interest in serving, neither did she apologise for leaving us at the table so long without being served. We were also sat up near the windows to the back of the restaurant, whenever we wanted to ask for extra drinks or other items we had to go looking for a staff member as not one member of staff was doing their checks or walk arounds at the back of the restaurant, we may as well have served ourselves. My mother then went on to ask the male staff member behind the bar if apple cake and custard was a dish for dessert. He replied “nah, just what’s there.” We then asked a Manager who explained it is in fact a dessert dish. Again, HUGE lack of communication among staff as half of them don’t even know what’s being served and what’s not, or what is even a dish in the restaurant they work at for that matter. I used to love it in here but the lack of interest and enthusiasm for customers or their menu has put me off. The food is absolutely delicious and the chefs do an outstanding job, it’s a pity floor staffs enthusiasm don’t match the quality of food the chefs work day in and out to provide for the customers. Tip of advice: beginning the day the Managers, staff and chefs should come together and discuss menus and times of dishes before the day begins and customers start flooding in, as it really seemed as though the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Please have floor staff including those that work behind the bar have a read over the menu to see what dishes are provided that day, as well as staff members doing walk arounds at the back of the restaurant. It’s not nice coming out for a meal and having to walk around looking for assistance or for information on the menu. Poor treatment.”

  “We had the 2 course Sunday lunch 😋 everything was gorgeous..food well cooked tasty and delicious, service from the young servers was intentive and polite. Great dinning experience 👏 will definitely be back soon.. thanks for a wonderful meal.”

  “Took my mum here for an early mother's day meal. The food is incredible and they have a great variety on the menu. The staff are outstanding!! I really can't speak more highly of them. Will 100% be back.”

  “Was here for the first time on Wednesday Night. The place is lovely and clean. The food was lovely and decent size portions. They also offer Gluten free options which was great as my partner is cealiac The staff were very friendly and very attentive will definitely be back again soon.”

  “Revisited the Bellevue arms after a buy over and refurb and was delighted with the meal, service and decor. Beautiful steak, cooked to perfection and all the extras on point. The food was piping hot, delicious and quick to the table after ordering. Fast ,friendly service and good vibe ambience . Very relaxing with stylish modern ,chic decor. Roomy and comfortable ,a nice setting for a delicious meal. The servers are friendly and polite, quick to ask you if you have any needs they can help you with. Good food, fast service and a lovely feel to it. Will defo be back. 😁”

  “It's taken me a while to write this review but the feeling is still as strong now thinking about our experience at the end of summer as if it was yesterday. We had a brilliant brilliant evening here. The staff were amazing with us and our two under 6 years children. The service was just wonderful and so was the atmosphere. Really really loved it here and can not recommend it highly enough. They have got ample parking space, well stocked bars both up and down stairs and plenty of sitting spaces.”
