“Myself and four other ladies had lunch here today. Our waitress was so helpful and attentive and did not rush us at all. We all had lovely meals and several cold and hot drinks. When we came to pay the waitress was very helpful and had remember what we had individually ordered. I hope her skill set and patience is recognised by her employer. Good staff are hard to find and retain. We had a wonderful lunch and return again.”

“Loved our camping stay! Food was amazing, pub has a lovely atmosphere, all the staff were welcoming and happy. Felt really welcomed and comfortable. Great it was all dog friendly! :) Campsite was clean and tidy, with privacy. Only thing I would say it's near the road so can be a bit noisy! But the sound of the birds makes it all worth while! A few walks nearby but we decided to go abit more further afield. If we ever back in the area, we will be back! 100% would recommend!”

“Stopped in here on the way to Paignton and, what a lovely little pub this place is. Walked in, fairly quiet but met with a smile from all the staff - rare these days. We had a light lunch, all the food was delicious. My only gripe but this isn’t specific to this place but pubs in general these days, two adults and a 3 year old to have lunch is £50… I personally think its too steep but, cost of living etc. Thanks!”
