Customer Review Summary
Diners most frequently single out the Hyderabadi biryani as the standout, with multiple reviewers calling it authentic and the closest to the original Hyderabad style, while others praise the veg biryani and dhum biryani specifically. Close behind are the breakfast items, with bajji, dosa, vada, and chutney repeatedly described as fresh and perfectly flavored. Several also highlight paneer 65, gobi manchurian noodles, and chicken majestic as delicious. A recurring complaint centers on the mirchi bajji and mirchi bhaji, described by some as soggy, waterlogged, or lacking flavor, with batter falling off. Service and cleanliness draw sharp criticism in multiple accounts, including unclean tables and washrooms, missing soap, and delivery errors such as wrong orders, missing items, and foreign objects found in dishes. One reviewer reports stones in both the majestic and manchurian dishes. A few note that some dishes, like chicken and veg fried rice, lack the expected punch of flavor or spice.

“👎👎Ordered via Justeat, mirchi and house special chicken 65 biryani — both were a complete disappointment. The mirchi arrived hard , fully soggy and waterlogged, batter had completely fallen off 🤮 🤮 🤮 Looked and tasted awful. …”

“These guys never fail the expectations. I tasted biryani across UK - every where its just a fried rice or palao and people are adjusted. This restaurant its brilliant and authentic. I must appreciate the original biryani (you will surely find the 100% Original Hyderabad biryani). Newcastle has 6-7 restaurants so called biryani but its not authentic biryani honestly. Perfect! Hyderabadi biryani. Thanks buddy👌 Loved veg too! Gobi manchuria noodles, paneer 65 and veg biryani too! (Veg was dhum biryani- appreciate your efforts man)”

How this listing is sourced
- Where the data comes from
- Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
- How it stays current
- Every listing is re-checked on a recurring crawl, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
- How it is ranked
- Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
