Customer Review Summary
Sunday roast draws the most mention, with diners describing tender, moist turkey and beef, plenty of it, arriving quickly. Close behind, one reviewer calls a T-bone steak cooked perfectly, and others say the food came boiling hot, fresh and reasonably priced. Staff are repeatedly called friendly, and one diner praises a gluten free menu that includes desserts. Complaints centre on accuracy and portions. One reviewer says orders have come out wrong on every visit over six months. A takeaway Sunday dinner was described as very small, with the smallest potatoes and a frozen Yorkshire pudding, and the diner was told only one meat was allowed. Another reviewer says a starter arrived containing a declared intolerance, though the table spotted it and it was rectified. One family who explained a child's sensory needs was happily moved to a quieter table.

“Had a take out Sunday dinner very disappointed very small potions could of eaten two to myself and the smallest potatos ive ever seen and rostie was small too was pointless having them tbh stuffing was also pointless having to was very skindgie on all posions. yorkshire pudding was frozen not home made. Also I asked for beef and turkey when i booked but i was told i could only have one meat even tho there website says you can have duo meats.”

“They could be really good, but they seem incapable of taking an order without getting it wrong. It's not the waitresses (although given the incompetence of the kitchen staff, it wouldn't hurt to check if they've bothered to follow the order. Just a bit disfunctional really. 24/06/26 Well six months since I last walked in, nothing's changed. They still failed to get my order right. Never have got it correct ever. How hard can it be??? Only one other party in there. Is the place being empty a sign that potential customers have voted with their feet and decided to take their money elsewhere? Probably!”

“Went for Sunday lunch and the food was great and excellent value for money. Would definitely go back! They do need to be more careful with allergies / intolerances as we communicated an intolerance and then starters were brought with that on 🙈 Fortunately spotted (by us!) and rectified, but had the potential to be worse. Parking is on street nearby, so could be a bit hit and miss.”
