  “If you're looking for lamb kebabs with a distinct flavor from Koobideh or other Asian varieties, this is a must-try. They go perfectly with the flatbread, onions, and charcoaled tomatoes. I usually finish with their complimentary Kahwa, which is always fresh.”

  “We ordered lunch from Slemani Restaurant for our organisation for around 50 people, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dara helped me with the ordering and coordination, and he was absolutely brilliant. He made sure everything would be right on the day and was incredibly reliable and supportive throughout the whole process. His customer service was genuinely outstanding. The food itself was wonderful. We have a very diverse community with people from many different countries and cultures, and everyone loved the food. and it covers everyone (Halal, Vegetarians, Vegans..) There were lots of compliments, and people were genuinely happy and satisfied. Dara didn’t just provide exactly what we ordered — he went above and beyond and made sure we were well looked after in every way. Everything was delivered as promised, and more. I would highly recommend Slemani Restaurant for both small and large events, and we’ll definitely continue ordering from them regularly, including for our bigger events in the future.”

  “I came all the way from Ireland to visit this place, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Kurdish flavors. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was extremely clean. Slemani Restaurant truly reflects real Kurdish hospitality. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back again!”

  “I came here last week with my Mum. It was super busy and we couldnt get seating. However a hard working staff member called Faraz was so kind to me and my mum and really accommodated to us and everyone else there. We felt really taken care of depsite it being so busy and he even gave us a booth even though it was just the two of us. Super happy. I dont usually tip but I left a tip for Faraz as I saw how hard he was working around the restaurant. The food was amazing too as always and My mum loves Slemani and all the staff are so kind. We had a really good time. But this was the cheery on top. We plan on going back soon. Thanks to all the staff !!”

  “Came here with friends as recommended by a native for Kurdish cuisine. All the staff were friendly and it's good that they have a button at the end of the table for service / attention. We ordered a Mixed Kebab, a Chargrilled Sea bass, and two kouzy; all came with either rice, salad, sauces or fresh naan. Free soup and tea. Food came at a reasonable time. It was a spread! Portion was big but the flavours were on the mild side. Nothing to fault but we felt that elsewhere has better to offer.”

  “A fantastic meal at Slemani. I ordered the Lamb Kozi and was fortunate to receive a large, tender shank served with a delicious broth. The flavours were incredible and unlike any other kozi I've tried before. The side dishes of courgette, okra, and beans were also superb, making for a truly memorable dinner. Service by Dara was exceptional, very friendly and speedy service. .Highly recommend!”

  “Always fresh and tasty! If you are looking for a guaranteed taste, risk free every time, you can't go wrong here. Guys are extremely welcoming even if it is time to close for a day. Kebabs are fresh and balance in spices. Naam bread is hot and thin. Salads and Sauces are always in abundance. Highly recommended to try once.”

  “Came here with family. We ordered 2 chicken shwarmas instead we only got one . The food was fine. The overall hygiene of the restaurant was ok but needs improving. Whilst eating we found a white hair in the food. Told the waitress about it who just ignored us. I now understand why their ratings are so low. People don't lie when it comes to reviewing eateries. Always check reviews before going to restaurants .”

  “Went for the first time today with family to try this cuisine and must say how impressed I was with the food and service. Great value for money, the kebab and biryani was delicious. The aubergine curry was one of the best I have tried and will be back for more! The salad selection was good too and to end the meal perfectly.. was the complimentary black tea at the end. They accept cash and card payment.”
