About Rudy's Pizza Napoletana - Peter Street
Rudy's Pizza Napoletana - Peter Street is a Neapolitan restaurant in Manchester, based at Petersfield House. The kitchen makes its pizza dough on site every day, ferments it twice over 24 hours, and cooks each pizza in 60 seconds, which suits a menu built around thin Italian bases. Dips such as chilli honey come alongside, and the garlic bread is served as a garlic pizza. Tiramisu is among the desserts, and the drinks list includes spritzes and wine.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers return most for the pizza itself, singling out the blistered Neapolitan bases and specific orders like the triple pepperoni, the Nduja ortolana, the Vesuviana piccante and the classic tomato and mozzarella. Close behind are the sides and desserts, with the garlic bread (described as a huge garlic pizza), the chilli honey dip and the tiramisu all named. Diners describe a buzzing, welcoming atmosphere with good music, and the heated terrace and outdoor seating get a mention. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and attentive, and one group notes a server who helped with last-minute additions and had every dish arrive together. A few practical points come up: the pizzas are large, one reviewer suggests sharing, and diners cut their own thin pizza. One reviewer's only criticism was that an oversized pizza overhung its plate and brushed the table when it was brought out. Another reviewer suggests booking in advance, and one family says they came back twice within a few days.

“Just had an awesome time at this pizza place! Tom was fantastic, super helpful even with our big group and last-minute additions. The garlic bread and triple pepperoni pizza were absolute winners, plus everything came out at the same time. The vibe was so welcoming that we’ll definitely be back, even though we usually go to the one near Piccadilly. Highly recommend it if you’re after great food and amazing service!”

“Just had the best pizza experience ever! The food was top-notch, and everything, from the salame to the presentation, was perfect. The staff were so friendly, introduced themselves by name, and really made sure we were enjoying our meal. Can't recommend this place enough if you're after some killer pizza and an awesome atmosphere.”

“Visited for the first time yesterday with three friends and our four teenage sons and we all loved it! As soon as we walked in, Tom greeted us with the brightest smile and welcoming demeanor. We requested two tables of four and were led to two that were near, but not next to, each other - perfect! The food was sublime, the dips were delicious (especially the chilli honey thank you Tom), and the whole experience had a warm, relaxed vibe. Tom was really helpful, knowledgable and the right amount of attentive. He is a real credit to your company! We’re already planning our next visit ❤️”

“Really good pizza restaurant. Got the Nduja ortolana, the pizza are quite large, so would reccomend sharing with a friend. You also have to cut your own pizza and they are the thin Italian ones. This place had indoor and outdoor seating. The pizza was delicious, staff were attentive and friendly. Vibes were pretty good.”

The staff were fantastic, especially Lily, who was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really well looked after. Overall, a wonderful dining experience, and I’d happily recommend it!”

“For us it’s all about the pizza. Just like in Naples, our dough is made on site every day, takes 24 hours to double ferment and just 60 seconds to cook. It is soft, light and floppy… so fold for strength or tuck in with a knife and fork. Enjoy.”
