Customer Review Summary
Halloumi and nachos are the dishes reviewers name most, with the popcorn halloumi, halloumi bits and nachos praised by some diners, though another found the halloumi balls dry and wanting sauce. The lamb chops, a steak and a slow-cooked meat dish are singled out as standouts, and the cocktails and bottomless brunch drinks that kept flowing earn credit too. Service and atmosphere draw the most consistent praise, with friendly staff, a vibrant, welcoming room, comfy cushions and great music, although one reviewer found the music loud, like a beach bar. The food divides opinion. Several call it overpriced and describe tacos like soft wraps, patatas bravas like mini hash browns, overcooked chips, and short ribs and lamb cutlets covered in sweet sauces that did not taste really Mexican. A returning diner on the half-price deal reported smaller portions and hardly any chicken in the tacos. Others on the same deal loved it, with one pair sharing seven plates and finding that more than enough.

“Had a fantastic dining experience at Ocasa Manchester. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, with a beautifully designed space that made for a great evening out. The food was full of flavour, with every dish well presented and packed with authentic Mexican-inspired taste. The standout for me was the slow-cooked meat dish, which was incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. The cocktails were equally impressive and paired perfectly with the food. Service was friendly, attentive, and made us feel well looked after throughout the evening. A great spot for sharing plates, drinks, and good company. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Mid week early dinner so pretty quiet. Good location and really nice atmosphere with attentive friendly service. The food however was not particularly exciting given the price. Chips were overcooked and halloumi balls were dry and needed some sauce.”

“Had the best time at Ocasa yesterday for bottomless brunch. The whole atmosphere was amazing from the moment we arrived, we arrived a little late but the staff were super nice and accommodating!! really beautiful venue, great music, lovely energy and the drinks were constantly flowing without having to chase anyone down. The food was also genuinely so good and didn’t feel rushed or low quality like some bottomless brunches can.❤️ One of the best bottomless brunch experiences I’ve had in Manchester and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend🫶🏽”
