  “Was getting a present for a friend with a nut allergy. The lady there was super patient and kind. If you're a big fan of sweets then I would definitely recommend this place. It has a variety of choices from milkshakes and Sundae to to creating your own waffle and cookie dough. Food with delicious price is reasonable and if you ever looking for a sweet treat after work then I would definitely recommend this place.”

  “I've been ordering from here on just eat for a long time now as an occasional treat and it honestly never disappoints! Food is ALWAYS delicious, makes me want it every day but i cant be having all that sugar so often! Lovely treat.”

  “Rude staff especially the manager. Speaks to her customers like theyre an inconvenience. The smell was awful, smelt like there was a dead rat in the kitchen. The staff look miserable and like theyre being mistreated. Absolutely vile atmosphere would definitely not recommend!”

  “Do NOT go near this establishment unless you want your weekend ruined - they are rude, distasteful individuals who disrespected my family. They shouted in our faces, their food was terrible, and the overall environment is appalling. It’s a disgrace that this establishment remains open - I would highly advise that someone with credentials reviews the operations of this dessert shop as part of a wider investigation, it’s almost criminal that they remain open. The smell inside also took 3 days to get out of our clothes, I couldn’t believe it and I don’t think our washing machine could either. It’s genuinely impressive. Stay away for your own safety!”

  “Visited Range Desserts with my family and honestly had such a lovely experience. The service is really good and everything was handled so smoothly. The food is best quality, fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The staff is so good, very polite and welcoming throughout. The manager is nice and made sure everyone was comfortable. Will definitely be coming back again.”

They were attentive without being intrusive and made sure every customer felt seen and cared for. The team was knowledgeable about the menu and helped me choose the perfect dessert based on my preferences. They even offered free samples and explained ingredients for someone with dietary concerns a rare and thoughtful touch. Even during busy hours, they stayed calm, professional, and quick with orders. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, and the staff clearly enjoyed what they were doing. It really elevated the whole experience beyond just delicious desserts. I’ll definitely be returning not just for the sweets, but for the incredible service that made me feel right at home”

  “definitely will be ordering again!! Ordered half a waffle and 2 shakes. - less than £20 Delivery took 1.5 hours however received a whole waffle (not sure if this was intentional - but thank you regardless) absolutely delicious - milkshakes especially.”

  “We went last night and the guys were so helpful. I got the nachos and asked the guy to put chicken on it and it was soooooo good, the nacho cheese was spot on.and my kids had the waffles which were cheap but amazing. The milkshakes were amazing too. And they do battered mars bars which were so good. Definitely my new go to place for a treat day. Lots to choose from and great prices”
