  “You know what your getting with a lounge and benito lounge doesn't dissapoint. Added bonus of local events and regular group meetings. Its my go to place for eating out gluten free and with vegan friends, plus great food and drink options and general atmosphere”

  “Awful experience today at Benito lounge. I came out on my own (something I don’t usually do) and the lady who served me was nothing short of rude, unhappy to help and a stinking attitude. She asked me to give her a table number so I told her I didn’t know it and she was brash and short with me multiple times. She was very inconvenienced by me and less than willing to help. I do not visit the caff often so I do not know this lady’s name but she has red hair. I said I was sorry but im not used to being out on my own and I dont know how it works. A different lady served me afterwards and she was cheerful and accommodating but sadly the experience still left a bitter taste. I don’t go out on my own often for this very reason.”

  “A faultless visit to this lounge on a Sunday afternoon. We sat outside as the weather was glorious. Ordered food on the website and also popped to the bar to order drinks. Chatted with the very friendly staff. Loved everything and would highly recommend.”

  “Benito Lounge on Wilbraham Road in Chorlton is one of my favourite Loungers that I’ve visited, not only does it offer the usual friendly service, good quality food and excellent gluten-free choices which you can find at any location in the chain, the value for money is also excellent, I generally find Lounges to be good value anyway, but this location seems to be one of the cheaper ones in the area too, so even better! I visited from the city centre and found this place easy to get to; it’s a short walk along the road from the tram stop. The interior is spacious and comfortable, with the usual vibes I’m familiar with and love from the Lounge. It instantly felt familiar, with the artwork along the walls, and relaxed living room style decor. It was fairly quiet when I visited, although around 3-4 tables did end up coming in at the same time as me. Considering this, the staff did everything they could to get everything sorted in a fast and friendly manner. I visited on a Tuesday, so I had to go for their Tapas Tuesdays offer. I ordered three Tapas dishes with a glass of wine for £12.95; the portion sizes were really generous too. The Patatas Bravas were delicious, the seasoning on them was amazing, and I could have eaten an entire bucket of them. The Louisiana Chicken Tenders were flavoursome and cooked perfectly, and for a house wine, the wine was of pretty good quality too. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Harissa Chicken Skewers, but they looked great, and it was likely down to my own personal tastes, as this isn’t a dish I’ve had before. For the quality of the food and value for money, this is the place I would not only return to, but go out of my way to visit, as it’s very good.”

  “First time visit. Pleasantly surprised. The tapas trio is value for money. Not brilliant food but perfectly acceptable. Priced fairly. Not much atmosphere but then it was late in the day and I gather it's more of a brunch place. Hofmeister on draught nice to see. Fast efficient service. Will definitely be back for our next social.”

  “Nice restaurant and relaxing ☺️ you could just get in there and enjoy whatever you order, the staff is amazing and helpful. When the weather is good you may choose to sit outside and chilling. The All day breakfast was nice with a cute little tomato shape of bottle for you to get an igable photo :) 🥫🍅🍳🍞the watermelon drink is also good🍉”

  “Today is a very special day. My son turned one today. So, to make us all special I decided to take the family for a nice English breakfast. So, decided to try this new place. The interior is very English. The look and feel is very old. Good ambiance. Nice to sit with family or friends. Nice old looking interior. The food was very nice. Freshly made. Overall good experience. Most importantly my family enjoyed.”
