The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the management were very polite, amazing and very welcoming.Great atmosphere, great service and overall a lovely experience. One of the best experiences that ever had so far and the place to be in Manchester. We will definitely be coming back!!”

  “An overall exceptional experience; from service to food and entertainment, my husband and I had the absolute best time. The wedding note on our table, desert and replacement drinks for the knocked over wine bottle were also really appreciated. We were especially impressed by the singer and pianist who played throughout our meal. We will remember Louis' fondly for being a part of our wedding day - we will definitely be back! A special thank you to Kalina who I believe was our main server - she as well as the rest of the team were really attentive, warm and welcoming.”

  “Kalina provided exceptional customer service, ensuring a wonderful dining experience for my friends and me. My friend even had her meal replaced because she wasn’t happy with it. The entire experience was worth the price per person and we thoroughly enjoyed the champagne trolley. The food was impeccable and the menu was easy to read. It truly was a culinary delight with amazing textures and a wait time of less than ten minutes for freshly prepared dishes. Overall, it was a fun and enjoyable dining experience and I would definitely recommend it.”

  “Had a lovely time there! The place has a really nice atmosphere, great decor, and it wasn’t too noisy so we could actually have a proper chat. The food was great quality just as expected — full of flavour. The sticky short rib was nicely portioned and extremely tender. The desserts weren’t overly sweet, which was perfect for me, and I really enjoyed that cinnamon ice cream with the apple pie. The staff were very attentive and really knowledgeable. Definitely heading back for the Sunday lunch!”

  “Had such a lovely experience at Louis! We visited for my birthday and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The Italian jazz-inspired vibe really sets it apart — the live music created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and the interior is absolutely beautiful. A special mention to our waitress, Kalina, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the evening. She really made us feel looked after. Overall, the combination of great food, amazing ambiance, and fantastic service made it a memorable night. I’d definitely recommend Louis and will 100% be visiting again!”

  “Amazing atmosphere and food. The service is really fast. Thank you to our waiter Katie who made sure we were happy all night. The staff and security are so friendly which is a rare find really makes all the difference. The food was also amazing which surprised me as I thought this place was just entertainment and drinks sort of vibe! We had a booth front row and it was perfect for me and my friend to dance around without being uncomfortable.”
