About Lazeeza Takeaway
Lazeeza Takeaway is a Pakistani restaurant at 592 Stockport Rd in Manchester, with an open counter display and a grill that stays busy. The desi breakfast pairs daal, omelette and paratha, and paya is also on the menu. Seekh and naan come from the same kitchen, and the wider menu covers kebabs, grilled chicken and curries for a mix of tastes. Spicing follows the desi style. The restaurant works on a walk-in basis, so there is no table to book.

Customer Review Summary
The complaints are specific. One diner says the full family had stomach ache the day after eating there, and describes cold naan and seekh that tasted old. Another found a smell in the chickpeas at breakfast and says staff did not check on it. Delivery orders drew the harshest words: one reviewer got the wrong order late through Uber Eats, was hung up on repeatedly and found staff rude with no apology, while a longtime regular was told to use the app instead of phoning. One reviewer also reports menu information that staff would not correct.

“Had the traditional breakfast with daal, omelette and paratha as always. And always it was perfect. The paratha were crispy but light. I literally drag all my friends and family there”

“I recently visited restaurent and was very disappointed to see miss information on menu. Eventhough I gave opportunity to staff correct it he never did. It was very appalling to see Senior Leadership present did nothing to rectify it. I will never be going over there again. I only visited there as i was travelling. Since then whole concept of customer services, value for money and quality of integrity under Lazeeza brand has tarnished.”

“I used to come to the place everyday, I order more then a lot who go in there but the fact I just called and you tried telling me to use Uber eats like i'm your child you can fudge off. Never make the mistake of getting comfortable with technology because you lost a customer for life and done ordering of these pooh apps.”

“Absolutely VILE, and I mean VILE takeaway. It’s a scam. Do NOT order from here! Ordered on Uber Eats, it was late and we got the complete wrong order. Uber Eats wouldn’t help and the store rang through over 10 times. When we finally got through they were rude and did not apologise. We had to call AGAIN for an update and kept getting hung up on. £30 for a pizza and doner meat is a joke. This place is a scam. Please, I beg you to NOT ever order from this place!!! So, so incredibly rude.”

“I went with my friend for breakfast and it was disgusting. they took little time and it wasn't busy at all on Friday after 11am. BUT food was disgusting, there was a smell in their chickpeas which I couldn't eat after one bite. They wasn't even bother to check if it was ok . I won't try anything from them again.”
